SARAH

The debut studio album of iamyank Live Ensemble was released in 28th July, 2021

Our ensemble

In 2018 I was asked to play a show with an ensemble of classical instruments. I accepted the great opportunity and started to write pieces especially for this set of instruments. It was way more challenging than I expected, but the excitement and curiosity pushed me forward and after the show I wasn’t able to stop thinking of this amazing world. The iamyank Live Ensemble was born and still holding it’s own space in me.

We arrived

After many failures and memorable moments we arrived here to record a studio album live, playing together. Challenging ourselves with less as possible post production and studio trick in hope to bring something pure and human to the audience.

‘Born of Sarah‘

The first single of the album was released in 21th July with wonderful studio video.

Performed by: Anna Hole - Flute
Eszter Tarcza - Violin
Ramóna Rádli - Cello
Teodóra Nagy - Viola
Gábor Biksi - Recording
Zsolt Osztrovszky - Monitoring & assistance
Filmed and directed by Daniel Misota

Special thanks to Austrian Audio, Gainlab Studios

And the full length album is available now.

Since the biggest supporter of indie artist is Bandcamp, the album is available here with an exclusive Bonus Track which will be never released anywhere else, but if you prefer, you can listen it on Spotify as well.
